Annual VIP Membership Fee of $399.

Working day is Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm. Additional cost may be incurred for support outside of these hours.
Telephone support will only be available to 2 nominated contacts from the client. Issues will, with best endeavours, be resolved via telephone and remote support. If however, we deem an on-site visit necessary, then one of the nominated contacts will be advised prior to the visit.
Primary Software includes any Operating System failure or Internet/Email Software outage affecting all users. Secondary Software covers all other software.
The Business VIP Consultancy Support Package is only available to Small Businesses with a maximum of 10 workstations and a single server, for larger networks please contact us for a personalised quote.
