- Remote and Telephone Support.
- Any required On-Site visits.
- Network Administration, such as adding Users.
- Backup and Virus Monitoring (subject to software capabilities).
- Unlimited Network Changes.
- An On-Site review of your IT Solution each year.
- All Applications, Peripherals etc validated on a test network before being installed on yours.
- Advice on expansion, performance, procurement.
The service also includes a FREE service startup to ensure the service gets off to a flying start allowing your Aurora Expert to get to know you and your IT solution fully.

The service is based on an SLA (Service Level Agreement) where we allocate a certain response time to each situation but it also allows us to provide pro-active maintenance of your system hopefully reducing errors and problems. Pro-Active maintenance is one where we will keep a constant eye on your IT solution, ensuring all updates are installed and that the system is running at an optimum level.
